Overview
Served as PM for a semester-long IS consulting engagement with Sewickley Public Library. Working with a team of three, we partnered with library staff throughout Spring 2026 to centralize their fragmented event-planning workflow onto Monday.com and eliminate the manual effort in their newsletter production cycle using a Figma plugin system.
01 · Problem
Event planning was siloed across library departments with no shared visibility into upcoming programs or their status. Newsletter production required copy-pasting, manual resizing, and layout corrections every cycle — slow, error-prone, and entirely dependent on a single staff member's availability.
02 · Solution
Centralized planning on Monday.com
Migrated all event planning into a unified Monday.com board with automated data clean-up, cross-department visibility, and real-time program-status tracking.
Semi-automated newsletter in Figma
Built a component-based newsletter template using Figma plugins that pull live program data from the Monday.com board — cutting layout time from hours to minutes.
